Shipping and Time Frames


Our warehouse is located in Victoria, Australia. Products purchased from Spiral Up Parenting are transported by Australia Post or a courier company chosen by Spiral Up Parenting. Please note that delivery addresses cannot be altered once an Order has been processed. An order has been processed once payment has been made.


While we make every reasonable effort through our packaging and our liaisons with our delivery services to ensure that your parcel arrives to you safely, you acknowledge that ownership of the parcels turned over to the postal or courier company engaged by us transfers to the buyer. We will not be responsible for any loss or damage to packages, and will not be responsible for any errors in the supply of incorrect shipping information, or delivery errors through the postal or courier company engaged.


If the product you have ordered from Spiral Up Parenting is in stock at the time your order is accepted, this will be processed and shipped within 7-10 business days. Once your order has been processed, you will be provided with a tracking number from the chosen Courier. Should you have any questions related to your delivery, please contact the postal or courier company with your tracking number.


The estimated delivery time-frame ranges between 2-5 business days within Australia. Please note however, this is an indication only. At certain times of the year, it can go beyond this, therefore we recommend allowing up to 7-14 business days for delivery.;


Alternatively, we also offer Express Delivery through Australia Post for an additional cost (please see calculated cost at checkout). Express Shipping is only available for orders of items in Stock at the time of order, to be delivered to an Australian address, and is the best way to ensure your parcel arrives as quickly as possible.


International Deliveries

International Shipping is calculated at the checkout. Deliveries to destinations outside Australia are made by Australia Post or DHL couriers, and cannot be made to post office boxes. If you are ordering outside of Australia, please be aware of any fees your local customs office may charge before placing your order, as the payment and knowledge of taxes/duties that may apply to your purchase are your responsibility and Spiral Up Parenting cannot be held responsible for any such charges.


Remote areas: Please note that there may be a surcharge if shipping international orders to a remote area. You can check if the delivery address is in a remote area at DHL Remote Area Services.


Reshipping

If your order is returned to us by the delivery company due to incorrect or insufficient delivery details, you will be charged the cost of reshipping the order. Please note that if the delivery address is incorrect and the order has been shipped, depending on the delivery option selected we may not be able to change the delivery address until the order has been returned.


Spiral Up Parenting cannot be held accountable for failed deliveries resulting from an incorrect address entered at purchase. If your package is returned to sender, please contact us and we’ll be happy to issue a store credit for the value paid, minus any shipping fees.


Returns

If you have received an item that is incorrect, damaged or faulty please contact us as soon as possible from the time the delivery was made at [email protected]. Spiral Up Parenting will require photo evidence of the issue and may require you to return the item for assessment. If an item is required to be returned (at no cost) it must be packed securely with cardboard or bubble wrap protecting the item, packed to prevent movement inside the package and ensuring the package is firmly enclosed.


If on assessment, it was a fault from us, a refund or a replacement will be provided. Any requests for cancellations or refunds not specified above will be at the sole discretion of Spiral Up Parenting, and will be assessed on a case by case basis. Such refunds will be exclusive of any postage and handling costs.
