Terms of purchases

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars. Spiral Up Parenting does collect GST. Sales are complete when payment is made through Stripe, PayPal or via credit card. Orders will be dispatched within 7-10 working days when stock is available. If stock is not currently available the customer will be notified by email as to the expected delivery date and given the option to cancel the order if the order cannot be fulfilled within 15 working days. Postage rates are set for Standard Post and Express Post and include handling charges.

If you have received an item that is incorrect, damaged or faulty please contact us as soon as possible from the time the delivery was made by emailing [email protected]. Spiral Up Parenting will require photo evidence of the issue and may require you to return the item for assessment. If an item is required to be returned (at no cost) it must be packed securely with cardboard or bubble wrap protecting the item, packed to prevent movement inside the package and ensuring the package is firmly enclosed.

If on assessment, it was a fault from us, a refund or a replacement will be provided. Any requests for cancellations or refunds not specified above will be at the sole discretion of Spiral Up Parenting, and will be assessed on a case by case basis.
